Singapore Chefs Association


















When to the Annual General Meeting cum LOH HEI dinner organized by Singapore Chefs Association which is being held at Swissotel Merchant Court.

Though the meeting is DRY, but it projects alot of messages. Am stil wondering SHOULD i continue the membership. But most probs guys, i would be extending my membership. Once a Member always a Member.

The 8 course dinner is SUPERB lahs! We are being served the finest dishes such as SHARKFIN SOUP, OYSTER, ABALONE, GUPPA and etc... TASTY!1

Met the President of the Singapore Chefs Association, Executive chef of Mandarin Oriental, ERIC TEO!. Took a picture wif him! Cool man!

He will ALWAYS be my ROLE MODEL. Am working towards his FOOTSTEPS! Not only him, i met all wonderful CHEFS around SINGAPORE! One of which is EricTeo's bestie, Executive Sous Chef of Fullerton Hotel, LOUIS TAY. Took a picture with him too! CHEERS lahss!!

Anw, just for all my friends information, i would be parting with SHATEC soon to fulill my 12mth- work experience attachment! i had foundd myself a hotel which is BRAND NEW! No star yet!.
