Last day,
the Last Ride.

everything, from drawer to boot,
had been cleared.

4yrs of own transport, in a couple hours time,its going to be gone.
POOOF!

i believe the world wont stop revolving
due to this, life have to move on.

am prepared to start everything frm scratch again.

a couple of days later, it would be my 21st..
the day where ppl would mostly receive super good gifts,
the day where parents gave daughter a KEY necklace.

For me, i pushed everything away...
there is really nothing more to celebrate.
Meaningless .. its a complete waste of energy, perhaps even time.

a year ago, during this timing, am very down,
a year later, NOW, stil the same..

Too many stuffs flowing in mind, i duno if i cn take it...

Currently surviving on sleeping pills EVERYNIGHT..

Money.. Most cause of crime is due to monetary issues..
Why? why is money that impt, to the extend of losing one's mind over it?

Here's a story to share :

There use to be a guy named Sebastian, who is commonly known as Sebas.
He comes from a very poor family background with both parents lowly educated..
From young... he witnessed all FIGHTS that is going on in the family.
Be it BIG or SMALL fights, from shouting at each other till the extend of throwing chairs,
breaking of fridge doors, tearing down room doors to carrying CHOPPER chasing each other,
just like the childhood game, hide and seek.
There is a reason behind each single fights, but none of the reason is REASONABLE!!
All of em are just fighting over MONETARY issue..

Under the influence of his parents, from as young as primary 1, Sebas had been saving...
He knows the impt of money.... Money cn build a HAPPY family, Money cn do wonders!
Therefore, whatever the amount of pocket money he gets, he would save at least 90% of it..
the remaining 10% which is normaly 10cent
usually ends up on Public Phone to ring back home...
During the break time which is known as recess time, he would sit in one corner, drinking
white syrup water from a machine that looks like a water-cooler.
He wonder, "how nice would it be if he was the one sitting down, having a bowl of pipping hot noodle with some soy bean drink"
With almost EMPTY stomach, he went back to lesson after his break, and waits for the end of sch..
The happiest moment of primary sch days is to hear tt LAST bell Ring!
Together with normal kids, Sebas DASH out of classroom, run towards the gate and stretch out his head as high as he could,
just like a animal tt gt a long neck with black spot on it, and two antenna poking out from its head,
to find his parents, or anybody to fetch him.. But almost EVERYDAY, his parents got to disappoint him..
There, he stood under a huge tree taking shelter and observe the area...
Cars by cars,almost caused a traffic conjunction outside the gate, were the parents of his schoolmates...
All of em are grinning and waving proudly goodbye to each others, and while they walk, they shares with their
parents wht is happening in school...
Other than cars, Sebas also saw, some of their schoolmates being KIDNAP!
They are being fetched by someone who is DARK and BLACK, bt a proper word to describe it is TANNED!
For once, Sebas thought that, thats KIDNAP, but he wonders,
"Shouldnt be, i heard em saying SIR, i help you carry your school bag."
Those BLACK aunties, who dont look like their parents, are carrying HUGE mushroom like thing over their head,
while holding his classmates across the road...
Sebas would then find some fallen twits, and carry it in his hand, and playing along the way back home........

Years passed, thats how Sebas goes thru his childhood..
no family days, no family outing... NOTHING!

Just when Sebas turns 15, their parents separated..
Needless to say, due to MONETARY issues.
Sebas was then being MISUSED by his dad. His dad, would want him to cough out a story to get
MONEY from his Mum. and whenever Sebas refuses, his dad would threaten to commit suicide, or whack him up!
But he knows, thats not the way, so the only way to save it, was by being a 2headed snake..
Lying to his Dad that he had alr told his mum, and lying to his Mum tt dad was not saying anything..
But end up, Sebas's mum had to give MONEY to his dad for no REASON!!
"WHY? MONEY MONEY MONEY? FUCK OFF WITH THAT! I HAD FUKING ENOUGH OF IT." Sebas said...

Years passes, hardships goes on everyday, and soon it looks just like a normal routine..
Through all those years of TRAINING Sebas got from his parents, he become very money sensitive.
He wants EVERYTHING on earth! He wants to MAKE himself PROUD.
He wants EVERYONE TO BE ENVY OF HIM!!!!!!
Bulleting down goals and goals that he wants to achieve..
Be it non realistic or FUCKING non realistic, he stil wants it DONE!

At the age of 18, he enrold himself in a Motorcycle course.
The whole process drained him more than SGD$1400.
And knowing he cnt afford a bike at that age, and despite all advice not to get a Motorcycle,
he goes against destiny and get himself a MOTORCYCLE!

The GAME finally BEGUN!

All the years of saving.... Dollar by dollars, cents by cents, flew off!
Soon Sebas was left penniless. He REFUSE to believe his destiny, he wants to FIGHT it on!
Borrowed money from friends, from almost EVERYBODY he knew...
But there is something he also knows,
the BORROWING and RETURNING cycle NEVER ENDS!
He wants to put a STOP to everything! to FUCKING FUCKING EVERYTHING!
He was left with no choice, no CHOICE!
its a DEAD road ahead of him....
He got no choice.

One fine sunny afternoon, without having any penny fr lunch,
He committed a crime.
Thinking that could earns his SGD$200++, he risked his life for it.

Two person came, they were dressed in a very funny way, with blue pants, and blue top,
whts more, sliver buttons.
He was being arrested by them, being handcuffed, he was thrown inside a WRX and being driven to somewhr.
They did not release his handcuffs.
After seizing all his belongings, he was told to strip down only to BASIC clothing, with no SHOES!
Sebas was being thrown inside a room
3 walls, 1 mini gate and 1 toilet hole.
He sits there, and recalls...
"If only,
i were NOT so love towards money, i wouldnt be here.
i heed others advice, i wouldnt be penniless..."
There is so many If only....
"WHY MUST A PERSON WAIT TILL SOMETHING HAPPENS THEN THEY REGRET?" Sebas thought.

He was being charged in court. He was allowed to be bailed out..
He spent the next 2hour calling his CLOSED friends to bail him out...
But NONE came to his rescue..
For a moment he thought.. "There is no true friends in the world.. the only true friends are your parents"
He booast up his courage, ringd his mum, to his surprise, its 3am in the NIGHT and his MUM is still awake..
SHE WAS WAITING FOR SEBAS TO RETURN HER CALL..
Sebas then shed tears sliently, knowning he had hurt his mum REAL DEEP this time..
Everything happens just like a dream..

Days after Sebas had been bailed out, he realise, EVERYONE MOCKS AND SCOLDS him for his mistake..
he had known his mistake...
"WHY CNT PPL JUST ACCEPT ME? WHY MUST THEY STILL RUB IN MY WOUNDS?"
"WHY MUST THEY STILL SEES ME DIFERNTLY?"
"AM ALR FEELING VERY DOWN, WHY WHY WHY"
He thought to himself..

Sebas had known his mistake.. and is too ashame to face anybody else..
he had let his MUM down the most.. and too, his loved, girlfriend.
He just wants to starts life afresh, anew, give him a second life.
He decided, rather den his friends avoids him, he would want to take the 1st step, to avoid them.
" AM NOT WORTHY TO BE YOUR FRIEND. AM A LAW BREAKER. I DONT WANT TO LAND YOU ALL IN TROUBLE. "

Been so long since i lastd blogged. i guess, gt 2mth!
Anw, am planning and thinking whether i shld shift my blog over to WordPress.
Wordpress seeems so promising!

Done with Pan Pacific Singapore, am no longer there alr. in short, i had graduated from
Pan Pacific Singapore. and WITHIN 1week, my status just shoot up like that, as currently, am a Teacher at Andrew&Grace Girls Home Hostel teaching them Basic Culinary, every Monday and Friday, if you guys interested, JOIN me man! HAHAS! Although those girls frequent bicker among each other, but they are interested. This really motivate me and urge me to do more research and to upgrade myself, those girls are plain WONDERFUL. CHEERS for you guys!
On Tue, Wed & Thurs, am a SFT in SHATEC, meaning, Student Field Trainer. When my chef is busy with lesson, am suppose to supervise them. Nevertheless, i did not carry myself too high up, as in, i would bring myself down to their level, doing what they are doing. What i hope is that, am able to pass down wht i had learn from Pan Pacific Singapore to them, so as to make themselves a level higher than wht thy used to be. Hopefully everything will go smoothly.

Am enlisted! but not in the Commando Unit, a little disapointment though, but its okay, no big deal! hahas. am gg in MONO intake on Sept 11 2009 to 2nd Infrantry. So guys, see me fat now, its okays, bt 2weeks ltr, a brand new JUSTIN will appear! HAHAHAHS!

Been working Despatch for KFC fr almost a month, finally, i had SACKD my boss ( oppsite ). Misunderstanding often occurs during work, and therefore i flare up, as its Moneytary issue, whts more, am broke! tts y am WORKING! DUH! i admits, the way i handle the issue is totally wrong and unacceptable, but wht had hpns had alr hpns, no point crying over spilled milk.
Left House dont hit, hit Right House( convert into chinese ). am sure i will secure a job within 1 week! i have fate in myself!

i wont blame you fr saying brk up. i respect your descision. Perhaps in the 1st place, we shldnt even be tgt, frm our background to our expectation in life, we both have different views and none cn chnge to adapt to each other. Temperoray pain is better than prolonged pain in the coming future. Just spare me few mins of your time, and read my mail, tt might b the last you would ever see.

Thinking back times, months ago, we startd as friends. And i definately enjoyd tt. Comes in Jiesheng, and youre in a dilema of chosing who between both of us. in the end, u chosed me. Maybe tt might b a moment of "puppy love" i suppose. HAHAS. Then we started dating. But on my views, i guess u made the wrong choice, i might nt be the type of guy ure looking for. Oh wells, wht past had alr past. No point dwelling on it.

We did had a very nice honeymoon period before all sorts of nonsence comes out between both of us. We went movies, beachs, and loads more. Thats really sweet. and i defiantely loves it loads and loves you more. Those sweet messages tt u sent to me, are in my phone. u may nt knw, bt during my free time, esp during my split shift, i would read them in my restrooom. And today's rain had washed off those messages in my phone as my phone is spolit. Really, you gt to believe this, tts fate. Its fate tt made us closer, its fate tt made u chose me, its also fate tt both of us broke off, whts more fate made my life worser by washing my phone in the rain. oh wells, i dun need those messages, as its alr system configure in my brain cells alr.

But, nevertheless, am SousChef is a SUSHI and SASHIMI Chef.
So it would b damn dumb of me if i REFUSED to learn SUSHI from him!

So i took a good 2day to master my sushi skills
end up rolling more than 100 rolls in the 2days!

Think back, this year is finally reaching a stop.
2008 is a damn lousy year for me.
Started off by getting expelled frm SHATEC.
Followed by Bike Accident.
i didnt knw wht i had done to receive such torture.

First 6mths, SCHOOL.
Lower 6 mths, WORK.

For my whole 18years, i had only been to Malaysia.

Been a long long long time since i typed here.

Well, my apologies, as loads fcuking things had happened.
I shall not whine abt it, for fear of you guys just doze off!
But instead, i will just place some thumbnails of it.

i bought a bike, using all my savings!
Things started to happen though,
1. Road accident ---> $350
2. Medical bills ---> $100
3. Bike repair bills ---> $120
4. HDB summon bills ---> $100
5. Parking summon ---> $8
6. Parking summon ---> $8
7. Dog's medical bills ---> $60
8. Dog's daily items ---> $50

Total : SGD$796

Thats my spening during a month's period.
And those expenses does nt include my DAILY expenses, and not
forgeting i initially bought the bike at the cost of SGD$1200, my petrol things n that.
And the fact is, am just eaning SGD$500 per month.
Its a painful lesson for me, as i ended up in debts.
Not just $5 or $10 dollar debts, its by hundreds.
i swear, nothing of such shits are gg to happen to me ever again.

But well, i guess, the lesson is worth it though.
i learnt a lot, and i mean it. Life for me have nt been smooth since the start of this year.
i dont knw wht the fcuk i had done, bt well, LEARN is wht i cn say.
Fcuked up attuited of mine, well deserved a fcuking lesson, i guess.
And am all down again, starting from scratch, starting to earn.
Saving every fcuking cents i could, eating the cheapest food in town.
Its not something i used to, for a long time.
But thats the only solution, dont you guys agree?

During my toughest time dealing with the dealt i had, am glad that i had a grp of friends
helping and encouraging me.
First of all, My dearest girlfriend, she gave me loads support and maybe why am still standing strong down here is due to her, yea, am sure.
Followed by GuangMing, though he is a damn FUCKER showing his PULL up skills, but deep down, he is the closest guy friend i ever had. such as a Class3 Driving Liscense, and stuffs like that, but dude, it defiantely nt the benefits that interest me, it my own interest in police force. i want to nab fuckers in Singapore,
esp those youngster, they damn piss the ass fuck off me. and pls, i have this "Bian Tai"
goal, that is to nab my own dad! HAHAS! Wells, am sick and a FREAK!
If i choose to stay in culinary line, wht i lined out is,
Work in Singapore for a year, go oversea for 1 1/2 year.
back to Singapore for a year, off to curise for a year.
And finally back to Singapore, by that time, i guess i would alr be a Sous Chef.
Well, who the fuck knws? right? All is in a blank!

Heres a recipes i wanna share with you,
Beef Wellington

Ingredient:

Beef Fillet, Parma Ham, Mushrooms, English Mustard, Puff Pastry.

Methods:

1. Sear seasoned beef in olive oil; brush it with English mustard, set aside.

2. Chopped mushroom and add in seasoning in blender, blend.

3. Hot pan, sauté minced mushrooms without any oil or butter.

4. Layout cling film, place Parma ham, followed by sautéed minced mushrooms.

5. Set beef in center, wrap it tight, set aside in chiller for 20mins.

6. Prepare puff pastry.

7. Place beef in center of puff pastry and egg wash the corners of puff pastry.

8. Wrap beef up with puff pastry tightly. Chill for 10mins.

9. Egg wash and score.

10. Bake for 15min depends on cuts of beef.

11. Slice and serve.

i left only about 2weeks more to my GRADUATION!
Initally am OVERJOY about it, but right now
am worried abt it.

Due to my expulsion, the school had cancel my contract
with Crowne Plaza Changi Airport.
i wasnt informed of that until Mr Vincent had told me.
Jason said its a BLESSING instead.
Due to the location different.

But do they know why i wanted to join that hotel?
1st. My mum is working there, so i had more time to
meet up with her.
2nd. Its a brand new hotel, meaning i would be the opening
batch, or rather pioneer as they call it. Wouldnt it boast up
my resume in the long run?

i shall think hard about it and perhaps join other hotels.
but the main reason is, i had already REJECTED 5 wellknown
hotels in Singapore. How on earth am i suppose to tell em?
i had been expel and therefore contract terminated?
if i tell em this, the chance is total ZERO!
Hais, i shall see what i cn do!
But the main thing is that i had been reinstated and its
better than losing a hotel, am i right?

i got to go for interviews again,
i had project to do,
i had work to revise,
i had makeup to finish,
i had to plan stuffs.
Come on' how on earth am i suppose to do all this within 2week?

Turning point

In life, theres always ups and downs
And in each obstacle you encounter, it will only makes
you stronger and grow up.
Theres no such things as easy smoothing life,
if there is, perhaps youre living in a paradise.

Through this lesson, i had learnt that in life
each desicion you make will there will be a price to pay.
For eg, i choose a NewYork Cheescake over a Chocolate Muffin
if the cheesecake tastes like shit, i still have to finish it
as its my desicion and nobody forces me to,
therefore its the PRICE that i had pay.

Am prepared to face the music couple of weeks ago,
as i told myself, its my own desicion to alter it, nobody forces me to.
If i did not take the responsibility, then WHO WILL.

Each and every indiviual will have their own turning point.
i had mine, and i guess i had grown up by an inch.
Am grateful that the price that i had to pay for my mistake is minor.

Commiting a crime is a mistake, but most imptly
its not the crime that matters, but its the lesson you learnt from it.
i wonders, why in all my 18years, am leading a hardship,
facing family probs, money probs
perhaps that something that god wanna tell me and let me know,
Work hard towards my dream
Work hard for a good life
Work hard for the next generation
And i shall WORK for all those dreams i wanted.

i wants my life to be simple,
Living in a simple house, driving a simple car with a family of four.
and i shall head towards my dream now,

Am back, back and i mean am BACKD!
I JUSTIN had been Reinstated!

Finally, that 1week is totally a damnn torture towards me.
Waking up in the morn, and thinks abt my appeal status.
That kinda of feeling totally sucks man!

Now am back, i would treasure the chance given to me by SHATEC.
And i promise that i would put in my best effort to the chance given.
And i shall nt screwed myself up again.

I sincerly gives all my thanks to my classmates,
though i had been such an idoit in their eyes, but they still
helped me by signing the letter, am touched, totally touched.

But other than em, theres this particular trainer that i wanna thanks,
Mr Vincent Tan,
He takes time off his busy shedule and went to the
extra mile to fight my case, am thankful for that.

My classmates helpd me by signing a letter to plead on my behalf.

But i knw, chances are not that high.

When to the Annual General Meeting cum LOH HEI dinner organized by Singapore Chefs Association which is being held at Swissotel Merchant Court.

Though the meeting is DRY, but it projects alot of messages. Am stil wondering SHOULD i continue the membership. But most probs guys, i would be extending my membership. Once a Member always a Member.

The 8 course dinner is SUPERB lahs! We are being served the finest dishes such as SHARKFIN SOUP, OYSTER, ABALONE, GUPPA and etc... TASTY!1

Met the President of the Singapore Chefs Association, Executive chef of Mandarin Oriental, ERIC TEO!. Took a picture wif him! Cool man!

He will ALWAYS be my ROLE MODEL. Am working towards his FOOTSTEPS! Not only him, i met all wonderful CHEFS around SINGAPORE! One of which is EricTeo's bestie, Executive Sous Chef of Fullerton Hotel, LOUIS TAY. Took a picture with him too! CHEERS lahss!!
